Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CDesk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

What CDesk Does

CDesk lets you report civic issues to the relevant municipal department and track their status using a complaint number. CDesk is a reporting and routing tool — it does not itself resolve complaints; resolution is carried out by the relevant municipal department or ward office.

Eligibility & Your Account

• You must provide a valid mobile number and verify it via OTP to use the App.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your registered mobile number secure.
• You must provide accurate information when filing a complaint.

Acceptable Use

When using CDesk, you agree not to:

• File false, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading complaints.
• Upload photos that are offensive, unrelated to a civic issue, or infringe on someone else’s rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Repeated misuse may result in your account being suspended.

Content You Submit

You retain ownership of any photos or descriptions you submit. By submitting them, you grant CDesk and the relevant municipal department a license to use that content solely for reviewing and resolving your complaint.

Service Availability

We aim to keep CDesk available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the App may be unavailable at times for maintenance or due to factors outside our control.

No Guarantee of Resolution Time

CDesk routes your complaint to the relevant department, but resolution timelines depend on that department’s own processes and are outside CDesk’s direct control.

Limitation of Liability

CDesk is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
